He gave his youth to serve in the army. He traveled to most regions in Myanmar, spent time with local people in rural area. With knowledge in livestock and breeding learnt in University, he soon appointed to work in the administration with relevant works.

In 2011, after won the vote by people of Sagaing, his native town, U Khin Maung Aye served the people as Union Deputy Minister specialized in livestock and fishery. With view to preserve the marine biomass and livelihood of people, he succeeded in convince the government to issue the restriction of fishery during spawning season, June to August.

After life long serving the people, U Khin Maung Aye is expected to further contribute to public as the Chairman of Mahar Bawga Finance Company.

Dr. Maung Maung Thein was appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance in 2012, charged with the duties to take care of MOF International Affairs, State owned Banks and Non-Banking Financial Sector. He served as Chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), Insurance Business Regulatory Board and Microfinance Regulatory Board.

He served as Chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), Insurance Business Regulatory Board and Microfinance Regulatory Board. His extra-curricular duties include among others, member of Myanmar Investment Commission.

He was the architect of Liberalization of Myanmar Insurance Market. He has also set up the first-ever Stock Exchange in Myanmar.

U Myo San holds an MBA degree in Finance from Waseda University. He has gained skills, knowledge, experience & expertise in financial sector especially from Japan. He return to Myanmar in 2009, when the country started its growth in finance sector. He discovered the consumer loan market in Yangon, former capital of Myanmar.

So in 2013 he incorporated NBFI named “ Mahar Bawga Finance Company limited”. Since, then Company is able to fulfill market requirement, and growing gradually. Now, Mahar Bawga is expanding its finance market not only for individuals but also other sectors such as SMEs., Finance leasing & other allied services under his guidance.

Now, U Myo San is planning to provide other financial services in Country. And listing Mahar Bawga as a public company in Yangon Stock exchange.

Mr. Aita Katsunori has nearly 30 years of experience in consumer finance. After graduate from Rissho University in Japan, Mr. Aita joined “Fuji Corporation” in 1988 and was appointed as Tokyo Branch Manager in 1994 to manage 50 offices, 280 employees, and assets of USD 1.5 billion at that time. Mr. Aita is a well known Professional finance managing of credit control and operating in finance sector.

He also has vast experience in Debt collection, Human recourse, administration, Legal and fund management for the organization of 4000 people and total portfolio up to USD 17 billion.

He is the co-founder of Mahar Bawga Finance Company Limited, in 2014. With view to achieve goals of MBF, Mr. Aita is managing major loan portfolio of MBF.

Daw Khin Su Hlaing Aye holds a degree from Asia University in Japan and she specialized in Economics. She have over 15 years of experience in plan and implement budgets, policies and procedures related to staffing, labor relations, training, compliance and compensation in travel and tour sector, construction sector and garment organization which collaborate with Myanmar and Japan.

Currently , She is serving as Executive Director of Mahar Bawga Finance Company Limited and collaborate to achieve the goal of MBF by supporting with her knowledge and professional skills.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and also a member of ACCA. She started her career as a junior accountant in 2008 at Singapore. Then she developed as a Financial Executive and had been with the Finance and accounting industry for 10 years and involving major projects valued at more than $200 Million.

In 2018, she returned back to Myanmar to perform as a Finance Manager and contribute her skill and knowledge in Myanmar.
